UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY TIMESCALES ARE ESTIMATED AND NOT GUARANTEED.

DISPATCH TIMES

• Same day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am on Saturdays.
• Orders placed after these times will not be dispatched until the next available working day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

• Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday only.
• Orders placed for Next Day Delivery on a Saturday before 9:00am will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
• Orders placed for Next Day Delivery on a Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) and will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMESCALES

• In most cases you will receive your order within the estimated delivery timescales outlined above. However, this is not always 100% guaranteed and during busier times of the year there may be delays.
• Once all orders have been dispatched and collected by our couriers, we have no control over any delays that may occur. If your parcel does not arrive within the timescale outlined above, please allow for at least 7 working days before contacting us.

ORDER TRACKING

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched with a direct link to track your parcel.
